How much does GRIEVE cost?

GRIEVE Membership is $4,999/month with a free 7-day trial. One-time intensive sessions (Mastering Heartbreak, Healing From Anxiety, Befriending Depression, The Silence, and Open Ended) are $195 each for a 1-hour session.

Do I need an account to book a one-time session?

No. One-time intensive sessions only require a preferred name and email. They are audio-only for privacy and anonymity.
